Basotect special sünger, Alman Basf firmasının ürettiği özel görünüm kazandırdığı bir melamin yanmaz sünger çeşitidir. Basotect special sünger , termoset polimer açık gözenekli yapısı sayesinde yanmaz, alev almak ve akmaz, iç veya dış ortamlardan gelen seslerin nesnelere çarparak yankılanmasına izin vermez ve orta seviye frekanslarda ses oluşumunu engelme özelliklerine sahiptir. Basotect special sünger, elektronik cihazlarınız ile cevrili alanlarda yangın endişesinden ve yankı problemlerinden basotect special süngerleri, ses izolasyon süngeri malzemelerinden yararlanarak kurtulabilrsiniz.çeriğindeki kimyasallar zararlı atık ihtiva etmez ve yanma sonucunda zehirli gaz çıkarmamaktadır ayrıca antibakteriyel özelliktedir. Basotect special süngerimiz yüzey yapılarının yumurta, piramit, labirent formlarına dönüştürülerek akustik performansları arttırılır. Basotect special sünger, gürültü ihtiva eden tüm ortamlarda akustik düzenleme amaçlı, jeneratör, kompresör kabinlerinde sanayi makinelerinin kabinlerinde, havalandırma kanallarında ses sönümleyici olarak kullanılırlar. Basotect special sünger,  otomotiv ve beyaz eşya sektöründe motor seslerinin yalıtımında kullanılırlar. Not : 40 mm olan ürün 35 – 40 mm arasıdır, 50 mm ise 45 – 50 mm arası toleranslı kalınlıklardadır.

Dilerseniz renkli spesiyal süngerler bölümünden diğer renklerine veya beyaz istiyorsanız beyaz basotect special süngerleride görebilirsiniz. Akustik special süngerlerin kendinden yapışkanlı vede ses yalıtımı güçlendirilmiş laminasyonlu ( bariyerli special sünger ) olanlarınıda özel olarak üretmekteyiz.

Ürünlerin Paketlenmesi HakkındaBasotect special süngerler 50 cm x 125 cm plakalar halinde olup, paketlerinde 40 plaka yani 25 m² ürün bulunmaktadır. Akustik Süngerlerin Güvenliği HakkındaÜrünlerimiz alev yürümez olanları , yanmazlık sertifikalarına sahip avrupa normlarında alev almaz / yanmazlık Firend ; yanmazlıkta BS476:class 0 ve Unı 9175:2008 M1  belgelerine sahiptir. Ölü hücreli malzemeler olduğundan mantar ve bakteri üretmemektedir, anti bakteriyaldir.
